At Footgear, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
